 Service Cancellation by UK Medicare Screening Ltd: If we cancel your

appointment or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff

unavailability, equipment failure), you are entitled to a full refund of any

payments made.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Before Service Commencement: If you cancel your booking at least [12
