  • Service Cancellation by UK Medicare Screening Ltd: If we cancel your appointment or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff unavailability, equipment failure), you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Before Service Commencement: If you cancel your booking at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • No-Show: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, no refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable once delivered:

  • Completed Health Screenings: Once a screening service has been performed and results provided, refunds will not be granted unless there is a clear and verifiable issue with the service provided.
